SALES TAX: The CVMS PTA is a Tax Exempt Organization. We cannot reimburse for Sales Tax, unless from Costco or Sam's Club. When purchasing on behalf of the PTA, please present the merchant with a copy of our Tax Exemption Certificate to avoid paying sales tax.
